Protein beans meal idea.

 As many of you might have already noticed I have stack to my New Year resolution of living healthy to the fullest potential. So far I have been doing extremely well and I'm truly proud of myself. I have completely cut out sweets, soda, junk food - you name it. I have been strictly drinking water, consuming healthy meals daily and drinking up to 5 smoothies a day !! Did I forget something? Of course, I have been weight training 3 times a week, as my aim is to gain some muscle weight. Speaking of muscle weight...
 
I always see body builders on Instagram posting the most basic meals, traditionally with beans on the side. Why beans? Because is a healthy source of protein which is essential to encourage muscle grow. Take a look below to see the protein content in different types of beans.

Upgrade your boring post-work out meal with my mother's recipe.This dish has been a tradition in my house. My mother always use to make it for us and we would normally have it with a toast or piece of bread. It tastes amazing and fills you right up! Not only that, it's one of the easiest ever things to make. All you have to do is...

...in a big pot fry up finely chopped onions (1), sausages (4-5) cut in cubes (I recommend a polish sausage for this), add allspice, bay leaf, salt pepper, couple to few cans of white beans (4-5), tomato concentrate, bring to boil and viola!!

What a nice meal idea would never of thought of this sounds pretty easy to make and looks delicious i love tomatoes, and this looks banging also I am a gym junkie so will be trying this out, I've bookmarked this post babygirl thanks for your lovely idea.
